对慢性抑郁的再分析

Further analysis on persistence of depression

目的 :进一步探讨慢性抑郁的影响因素。方法 :将 4 2例慢性抑郁症与 60例非慢性抑郁症进行临床对照。结果 :二者在抑郁症状、妄想出现的时间及内容、应激评分上均有显著差异。结论 :慢性抑郁症除与心理社会因素有关外 ,与妄想在抑郁疗程中出现的时间、妄想的类别及应激强度等因素有关。

Objective The purpose of this study was to further study risk factors which significantly predict persistence of depression.Method 42 cases of chronic depressive disorders and 60 cases of non-chronic depressive disorders were collecteol for a eontrol study.Results The obvious differences between chronic and non-chronic depressive disorders was in stress,type of delusion,time that delusron in depression course.Conclusion:Chronic depressive disorder was strongly related to stree,type of delusion and time that delusion in depression course.
