初始音强度差对听力正常青年人畸变产物耳声发射的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的 探讨初始音强度差对听力正常青年人畸变产物耳声发射 (DPOAE)幅值的影响 ,为临床应用DPOAE提供最佳的刺激强度组合。方法 用IHSVersion 3 2型耳声发射仪对听力正常青年人 39耳进行了DPOAE测试 ,分别记录L1为 75、6 5、5 5dBSPL ,强度差L1-L2 为 0、5、10、15dBSPL时 ,不同L1-L2 值对DPOAE幅值的影响。结果 当L1为 75dBSPL时 ,减少L2 使DPOAE幅增加 ,而在低、高频处 ,L1-L2 对DPOAE幅值的改变不明显。结论 L1-L2 Objective\ To study the influence of decreasing L 2 below L 1 on amplitude of DPOAE in young subjects with normal hearing ,provide clinical application with optimal combination of L 1 with L 2.Methods\ The DPOAE in 39 ears with normal hearing were recorded with IHS version 3.2 Otodynamic analyzer.When L 1 were 75,65,55 dB SPL,L 1-L 2 were 0、5、10、15 dB SPL,the DPOAEs were recorded from 0 5 to 8.0 kHz and the effect of different L 1-L 2 on DPOAE were compared.Results\ When L1 was 75 dB SPL,decreasing L 2 could decrease DPOAE amplitude.In most of the frequencies points,when L 1 was 65 or 55 dB SPL,decreasing L 2 could increase DPOAE amplitude,but at lower and higher frequencies points,decreasing L 2 had Little effect on DPOAE amplitude.Conclusion\ The effect of L 1-L 2 on DPOAE amplitude depended on primary levels L 1 and had relation with frequencies.
