摘要 目的 观察不同类型及强度的对侧声刺激对DPOAE的影响。方法 以三种不同类型 (白噪声、窄带噪声、纯音 )及八种强度 (阈上 0~ 35dB范围内 ,每档 5dB)的对侧声刺激测试 12例正常人 (2 4耳 )在有、无对侧声刺激出现时的DPOAE幅值变化。结果 ①三种类型的对侧声刺激均能使DPOAE幅值下降 ,白噪声抑制作用最大 ,窄带噪声次之 ,纯音抑制作用最小。②随对侧声刺激强度增加 ,抑制现象增加 ,二者显著相关。③ 1kHz和 2kHz处的对侧抑制作用在显著性水平 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 测试内侧橄榄耳蜗系统功能时 ,应注意对侧声刺激不同参量的影响。 Objective To investigate the effects of different parameters of Contralateral Acoustic Stimulus(CAS)on DPOAE(distortion product otoacoustic emissions).Methods\ 12 subjects(24 ears)with normal hearing were studied.Results\ ①DPOAE was suppressed by all three kinds of CAS.White noise(WN)made maximal suppression,norrow-band noise(NBN)came second,pure tone(PT)had minimal effect.②Suppressive effects increased with increasing levels of CAS.③Suppessive effects were the biggest when primary f 2 was 1 kHz or 2 kHz( P <0.05).There was significant correlation between DPOAE suppression and CAS levels.Conclusion It was suggested that much more attention should be paid to the parameters of CAS in testing MOCS(medial olivocochlear system)function.
