Research Progresses of SRAP Application on Plants in Genetic Diversities

该文综述了SRAP标记在植物种类遗传多样性国内近几年的应用进展,以便为今后的研究提供相应的理论依据。同时,并讨论了一些SRAP标记在植物种类遗传多样性应用中尚存在的问题。

This paper reviewes the research progresses of SRAP application on plants in genetic diversities in recent years to provide the relevant theory base for the farther study.In the end of this study,some shortcomings in the application of molecular markers on plants in genetic diversities were also discussed.
