随着"以患者为中心"整体护理工作的广泛开展,各医院都在积极探索医疗服务转变的模式。文中通过对专职陪检护士选拔培训、制订和规范工作流程、实施监控督导,保证了患者的就医安全,提高了陪检工作的满意度;并探讨对住院患者实施专职全程陪检的管理方法 ,以更好地指导临床护理实践。

With the carrying out of ＂patient-centered＂ overall care to a wide range,hospitals are actively exploring patterns of medical service changes.This paper focuses on the implementation of the full-course accompanied examination to inpatients and then to better guide clinical nursing practice.Nurses were selected and trained for the full-course accompany of examination;the work processes were formulated;the implementation was monitored and guided.The implementation of the entire examination companion to inpatients ensured the safety of the inpatients and improved the satisfaction of the patients and doctors.The implementation of the full-course accompanied examination to inpatients is an effective way to improve the quality of nurse＇s service and the satisfaction of patients.
