摘要
提出了一种由废旧轮胎组成的拦石结构,该结构用钢丝绳将废旧轮胎进行合理的绑扎,使轮胎与轮胎之间紧密连接,然后将该结构绑扎在用废旧钢轨或钢筋混凝土制作而成的柱子上面。当拦石结构受到落石冲击时,利用废旧轮胎的弹塑性变形吸收冲击能量。为了考察这种由废旧轮胎组成的拦石结构的防护效果,设计了试验模型,采用20kg的砝码模拟落石,对拦石结构进行3次撞击,研究了绑扎方式及落石冲击能量对拦石结构受冲击特性的影响,提出了该新型拦石结构在工程应用中需要注意的问题,具有重要的参考价值。
A stone-blocking structure composed of waste tires is presented.The tires are tightly connected together by reasonable binding with wire rope,and then the structure is bound to waste rail or reinforced concrete pole.Energy of rockfall is absorbed by elastic plastic deformation of waste tires when the structure is impacted by rockfall.A stone-blocking structure model composed of waste tires is designed to study the protective effect of the new structure.The model is struck thrice with 20 kg poise adopted to simulate the rockfall.Problems needed to be thought over in the engineering application of the new structure is proposed considering the effect of binding mode and rockfall impact energy on the anti-impact pro-perties of the new structure,which has important reference value for application of the new stone-blocking structure.
