Checkup and maintenances of cooling system in H-8100 transmission microscope

本文通过H-8100型透射电镜达不到高真空、镜筒发热和能谱仪谱线变宽三个故障的分析及维修过程,阐述了有些故障的发生可能是由冷却系统出问题而引起。而冷却系统的某些故障可由仪器使用人员自己动手排除。

This paper shows that some faults of H-8100 TEM are caused by cooling system from the fault analysis and maintenance of three cases including not able to reach high vacuum,the fever of drawtube,and the broadening of spectrometer＇s spectrum.The fault of cooling system can be eliminated by manually operation of laboratory technician.
