摘要
研究了用Mg2+(Bi3+)XOCPB三元络合物褪色光度法,在同一溶液中同时测定药物中的Mg2+和Bi3+。表观摩尔吸光系数εMg=2.85×104L·mol-1·cm-1,εBi=2.45×104L·mol-1·cm-1。方法具有准确、灵敏、经济。
A new method to determine magnesium and bismuth in medicine is set up by Mg 2+ (or Bi 3+ ) XO CPB complex fading spectrophotometry. The molar coefficents are 2.85×10 4 L·mo1 -1 ·cm -1 and 2.45×10 4 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 for magnesium and bismuth respectively. The proposed method is simple,accurate,economic,sensitive and rapid.
