褶合光谱法考察5种临床静滴液的化学稳定性

Observation of the stability of five transfusion fluid by convolution spectrometrv

目的:考察5种胸外科术后常用静滴液的稳定性。滴液(1)内含氯化钾、硫酸镁、辅酶A、胰岛素、三磷酸腺苷、维生素B6、维生素C等7种药物,以10%葡萄糖注射液为溶媒;滴液(2)以滴液(1)为基础加入多巴胺、多巴酚丁胺;滴液(3)、(4)、(5)以滴液(2)为基础分别加入呋塞米;肝太乐、强力宁;呋塞米、肝太乐、强力宁。方法:采用褶合光谱法结合外观和pH值检查法并以差谱值予以定量表达。结果:5种滴液8h内外观均无变化;pH值均较稳定;4h差谱值分别为0.49%,1.40%,1.79%,1.31%,1.20%。结论:滴液(3)与滴液(5)的内在药物经过8h后有较明显的变化。

OBJECTIVE:To observe the chemical stability of five transfusion fluids used after surgical operation.METHODS:The convolution spectrometries of the five samples were determined in 4 and 8h,and the appearances were observed.The results were described quantitatively by subtract spectrometry value.RESULTS:There were no obvious change in the appearances and pH in 8h.The subtract spectrometry values after 4h were 0.49% , 1.40% , 1.79% , 1.31% and 1.20% ,respectively.CONCLUSIONS:Some obvious changes in the third and the fifth transfusion fluid were found from the subtract spectrometry,and attentions should be paid to it in clinic.
