Analysis on Energy Management Project of US Federal Government

搞好政府机构的节能,可以有效地减少政府内部的能源消耗,同时还能提高资源的利用率并且节约财政支出;更为重要的是,可以发挥政府示范带头作用,促进整个社会节能意识的提高和节能技术的推广。美国联邦政府能源管理项目以降低政府能耗为目标,并取得了较大的成效。分析了美国这一项目的背景、内容、经验和教训,并从中得到对降低我国政府机构能耗问题的启示。

Effective energy saving from governmental agencies can reduce the energy consumption of government, improve the energy utility efficiency and lower the fiscal cost. More importantly, it can play the leading role of the government, promote the energy saving awareness among society and advance energy saving technology. The US federal government energy management project aims at reducing the energy consumption and has achieved good result. This paper analyzes the project＇s background, contents, experience and lessons, from which China can get some hints in reducing Chinese government agencies＇ energy consumption.
