摘要
介绍了计算机网络技术和智能技术的发展,特别是以Internet/Intranet技术为代表的信息革命和以人工神经网络、人工智能技术为代表的信息处理自动化的发展,已经使得与信息技术相关领域的各个层次和各个方面发生着前所未有的变化。以数据采集、数据传输和数据处理为任务的卫星测控领域必然受到严重的挑战。以卫星测控领域为背景,以Internet/Intranet技术为基础,结合人工神经网络技术、人工智能技术和决策分析技术等现代科学手段,建立一种智能信息处理的理论框架。
In this paper, the developm ent ofcom puter netw ork and intelligence technology are introduced. As the characters of inform ation revolution, the developm ent ofinternet/intranet technology, ANN (ArtificialNeural Network) and AI(ArtificialIntelligence) have been changing allthe relative aspects. The satellite tele-tracking & controlling field, in w hich data collecting, data transm ission, data processing are the m ain tasks, faces great challenge.Furtherm ore, a theory fram e ofdata processing in satellitetele-tracking & controlling field is constructed, which based on internet/intranettechnology, com bined with theANN, AIand decision m aking technology.
