摘要
通过连续两年试验,发现应用单基因br- 2 矮生系与多基因矮生系组配,其F1 植株高度可进一步矮化,株叶结构颇近似于较为理想的矮秆型杂交种,为单基因br- 2 矮生系的应用和培育优良矮秆型杂交种提供了依据,开辟了新的途径。
It was found, after two years' experiment, that to combine single gene br -2 with multigene strains can cause lower plant height for F 1. The constructure of leaves of F 1 plant was a kind of ideal dwarf hybrid variety. This result provided scientific basis to the application of single gene br -2 dwarf strain and the breeding of improved dwarf hybrid varieties.
