摘要
人口老龄化是中国社会的现状。目前我国"新失业群体"人数增加与人口老龄化进程加剧,两者叠加产生的新问题,尚未得到人们的足够重视。在老龄化背景下,"新失业群体"有由社会不确定因素滑落为社会不稳定因素的可能,其滑落的潜在可能性有多大。本文主要从养老压力、人口结构风险以及人力资本浪费入手,重点论述人口老龄化背景下,"新失业群体"可能引发的公共安全隐患。
China now faces the problem of aging population. The number of the ＂new jobless group＂ and the aging population are on the increase, which combine to cause more problems, but they have not received enough attention. The paper discusses the possible new insecure factors for public security caused by the ＂new jobless group＂ and its causes in terms of aging-population pressure, population composition structure and human capital cost.
