急诊心脏不停跳冠状动脉搭桥术7例分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨急诊行心脏不停跳冠状动脉搭桥术(OPCAB)的手术指证及外科处理要点,提高手术成功率。方法分析7例急诊OPCAB患者病例资料。结果其中术前急性心肌梗死5例,不能完全控制的不稳定性心绞痛2例(其中1例术前行主动脉球囊反搏术),7例均选用左侧乳内动脉搭桥,均用TTFM流量计冠状动脉流量测定,测定桥血管流量。1例术后因心脏低心排出量综合征死亡,6例随访6-12月未见明显心绞痛及心肌缺血表现。结论急诊OPCAB是挽救不能控制的急性心绞痛及心肌缺血和急性心肌梗死的有效方法之一。
