摘要 韶钢炼轧厂康斯迪(Consteel)电炉经过改造后,入炉铁水比例由过去的15!提高到85!,接近转炉入炉铁水比例.与转炉相比由于没有实施煤气回收和烟气余热回收,工序单位能耗远高于转炉.为有效降低韶钢炼轧厂康斯迪(Consteel)电炉工序单位能耗,本文提出了烟气余热回收方案,通过增设一台余热锅炉,将康斯迪(Consteel)电炉冶炼过程所产生的烟气余热回收,转化为蒸汽供公司蒸汽管网使用.通过对烟气余热资源量的估算,可产生约20t/h的蒸汽,每年可回收能源2万tce,降低工序单位能耗18.2 kgce/t,投资回收期1.57a,具有很好的节能效益和经济效益,为将来韶钢康斯迪(Consteel)电炉实施烟气余热回收提供借鉴和帮助. The charging ratio of molten iron at the Shaosteel Consteel electric furnace increased from 15%to 85%, close to the converter ratio, after modification. However, due to the absence of gas recovery and waste heat recovery with the Consteel electric furnace, its unit process energy consumption is much higher than that of the converter. To effectively reduce the unit process electric energy consumption of the Consteel furnace, a waste heat boiler using the flue gas waste heat was added which produced steam for the steam pipe network of the company. An estimation of the amount of the flue gas waste heat showed that abound 20t/h steam could be produced, thus recycling energy 20,000 tce annually, and reducing the unit process energy consumption by 18. 2kgce/t. A good energy efficiency and economic benefits were then attained, and the experience could provide a useful guideline for further flue gas waste heat recovery of SISG Consteel furnace. The payback period of the investment was estimated to be 1.57 years.
