介绍韶钢1号高炉入炉高锌负荷的调查及其对高炉危害的分析,结合实际生产情况,提出了高锌冶炼条件下防范结瘤风险的措施,从而减少锌危害,确保高炉长期顺行,延长高炉寿命,达到更好的经济技术指标.
An investigation of the high zinc content in the charges of No. 1 BF at SISG was undertaken, and the harm of the metal to the BF elucidated. Precautions against agglomeration in high-zinc smelting are proposed, so as to minimize the hazards of the zinc metals, to keep a long-term smooth operation of the BF, to extend the BF＇s life time, and hence to gain better technical and economic benefits.
