摘要
从新鲜天麻次生块茎中将天麻抗真菌蛋白(GAFP)提纯,然后测得其N端的30个氨基酸,根据氨基酸序列设计了一段30bp的核酸探针,从cDNA文库中筛选到了编码该蛋白的基因,为这一新型蛋白在抗真菌基因工程中的应用奠定了基础。
Gastrodia antigungal protein(GAFP) extracted from the traditional Chinese medicine Gastrodia (G.elata BI f. elata) , which displays strong antifungal activity to several fungi,was purified, and the N terminal was sequenced. According to the sequence of ammonia acid, a probe of 30bp was designed. Using this probe to screen the cDNA library constructed from the secondarycorm, the encoding GAFP gene was got. The study laid a foundation for further application of this antifungal protein to the genetic engineering.
