花岗石异型面高效加工磨削温度场理论分析

摘要 明确高效加工花岗石异型面时磨削热的产生和传递机理、切削温度随工艺参数的变化规律,可以促进加工效率、减少刀具损伤、优化操作参数。本文通过理论和实验分析,重点推演了异型加工弧区内石材及刀具磨削区温度计算方法和分布情况,阐述了切削温度与刀具操作间的耦合关系,初步提出了优化措施。 For obtaining the temperature field of special-shaped surface of granite and the laws of machining to optimize the machining effect, the theoretical modeling and analysis basing on heat transfer are carried.The change laws of grinding heat and temperature for granite cutting are analyzed.In the results, there are obvious coupled relationships on the temperature with different machining parameters on the machined surfaces.
