摘要 为了实现高压水射流靶物反射噪声的实时不失真采集和处理,减少所采集的噪声数据量,必须设计高精度电磁阀控制系统和信号采集触发电路。本文应用LabVIEW软件、USB-6229数据采集卡搭建控制系统,设计功率放大电路驱动固态继电器,实现电磁阀的高精度控制和声音信号的同步实时采集。详细介绍了控制系统的组成、工作原理和软、硬件设计过程。试验结果显示,所设计的控制系统可以实现电磁阀高精度控制与数据采集控制的同步,控制时间延迟小于10ms,参数可以实现实时调整,抗干扰性能好。 In order to acquire and process the real time and distorted reflection noise of high pressure water-jet and reduce data volume of noise acquired, it is necessary to design the high precision electromagnetic valve control system and the data acquisition trigger circuit.The control system was built by using LabVIEW software and USB-6229 data acquisition card and the power amplification circuit was designed to drive the solid state relay, which realized the high precision control of electromagnetic valve and the synchronized real time acquisition of sound signals.The structure, working principle and design process of hardware and software of the control system were introduced in detail.The experimental result shows that designed control system can realize the high precision synchronized real time control of electromagnetic valve and data acquisition.The control time error is within 10 ms and control parameter can be adjusted in real time.The control system has good noiseproof feature.
