插齿刀齿顶轴向等圆弧的设计

摘要 通常设计插齿刀在前端面齿顶宽比底边齿顶宽要窄,在轴向上要做成等圆弧难以实现。本文从两个方面叙述了直齿插齿刀齿顶在轴向上做成等圆弧半径求解的理论计算公式,以及插齿刀修磨到最薄时,仍能满足插制的齿轮齿根公差要求的校核计算公式,从而解决了插齿刀齿顶轴向方向上做成全圆弧或半圆弧的设计难题。 General design of gear shaper cutter on the front end surface tooth top width is narrower than the top width of the tooth.To make the arc in the axial direction is difficult to achieve, This article described from two aspects about the gear tooth top in the axial direction, The radius of the circular are made for theoretical calculation formulas and when the pinion gear was grinded to the most thin, it can still meet the requirements checking calculation formula of inserted system of gear tooth tolerance.Thereby the problem of the cutter tooth top axial direction into the circular or Semi - circular arc was solved.
