杂交水稻新品种健优388的选育

Breeding of Jianyou 388,a New Hybrid Rice Variety

为选育出新的杂交水稻新品种应用于生产,用新选育的三系恢复系黔恢1388与健645A配组育成的杂交水稻新组合健优388,经贵州省2008—2009年区域试验鉴定,平均产量9.4t/hm2,比对照II优838增产5.14%;生产试验鉴定,平均产量8.88t/hm2,比对照平均增产0.33%;平均生育期155.3d,比对照早熟1.8d;在贵阳地区进行高产栽培试验,最高产量达13.71t/hm2。健优388的稻瘟病抗性、稻米理化指标和食味鉴评结果都优于对照,于2010年7月通过贵州省农作物品种审定委员会审定。

In order to breed new hybrid rice variety and apply in production,Jianyou 388,a new hybrid rice combination,was bred from Qianhui 1388（newly bred three-line restorer）×Jian 645A,in the regional test during 2008—2009,the mean yield of Jianyou 388 was 9.4 t/hm2,5.14% higher than CK（II You 838）.And the mean yield was 8.88 t/hm2 in the production test,which was 0.33% higher than CK.The mean growth period was 155.3 d,1.8 d earlier than CK.The highest yield was up to 13.71 t/hm2 in the high yield cultivation test in Guiyang area.The resistance to rice blast,physical and chemical characters of rice and taste identification results were all better than CK.Jianyou 388 was approved by Guizhou Crop Variety Approval Committee in July,2010（No.Qianshendao 2010003）.
