多孔二氧化钛微管的制备及表征

摘要 以2种不同的方法制备了多孔二氧化钛微管。一种是在不使用任何模板的条件下,以冰乙酸为分散剂,将四氯化钛在氨水中水解制备出了具有锐钛矿晶型结构的二氧化钛多孔微管。另一种是以脱脂棉为模板,以钛酸四丁酯为前躯体,制备出了锐钛矿晶型的二氧化钛微米管。采用X射线衍射(XRD),扫描电子显微镜(SEM),透射电子显微(TEM)等手段对其进行了表征,从而对样品的微观结构、颗粒形态、分布情况、管径、管壁、晶型以及物相组成等方面进行检测。 Porous TiO2 micro-tubes were prepared by two different ways.One was fabricated by hydrolysis of titanium tetrachloride using ammonia without any external templates,with glacial acetic acid as dispersing agent.The structure of micro-tubes was anatase crystalline.The other way was uses cotton fiber as a template,tetrabutyl titanate for the former body to prepare the TiO2 micro-tubes.The micro-structure of the sample,particle shape,distribution,diameter,wall panels,crystalline phase and the composition were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM).
