三容液位过程的内模PI控制系统设计

摘要 介绍了三容液位过程内模控制系统的设计与实现。系统由三容水箱、智能电动调节阀、远程数据采集模拟量输入/输出模块以及压力变送器等构成。利用实验方法建立了被控过程的数学模型,考虑到系统设计的方便性与稳定性,将三阶过程等效简化为一阶加时滞过程,并依据内模控制原理设计了一种PI控制器,该控制器结构简单,只有一个可调参数。另外,基于MCGS开发了系统监控软件。实验结果表明,内模PI控制器参数在线调整方便,能有效地改善系统动、静态性能,系统监控软件界面友好,操作方便。 Aiming at three-tank level process,the design and implementation of control system based on internal model control (IMC) is introduced in this paper.The system contained three water tanks,an intelligent electric valve,the input/output module of remote date gathering and a pressure transmitter.Then,the model of system is got by experiment.Considering the convenience of design and the stability of system,the third-order process could be simplified to the first-order plus time-delay one.So,a PI controller is designed based on the principle of IMC. The controller is sample and has only-one adjustable parameter.In addition to,the monitor software is developed based on MCGS.
