摘要
轮箍弛缓是机车运行过程中经常出现的现象,它严重威胁着行车安全,如果机车制动系统出现故障,轮箍和轮辋互相移动,产生相对位移,通过在机车制动装置上加装一个位移传感器,通过检测制动前的位移与制动后的位移变化情况,超出一定范围测表示出现故障,控制器发出报警信号,避免机车轮箍弛缓现象的发生。
Tyre relaxation usually occurs in the cours of Iocomtive running.It threatens the safe of running seriously.If the system of tyre braking failures,tyre and wheel rim will bring displacement back and forth due to the remotion. By add a displacement sensor to the equipment of locomotive braking,to compare the change of displacement of before and after braking, the microcomputer will alarm if the displacemen beyond a certain range.
