慢性淋巴细胞白血病并发多发性寻常疣1例

A Case of Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia Complicated with Mutiple Verruca Vulgaris

患者男,59岁。双手及双足出现多发性赘生物1年。双足趾间可见大小不等的多发性疣体,表面粗糙,呈菜花状增生,以右足为著;双手指散在分布较多褐色绿豆大的丘疹,表面角化粗糙。实验室检查示血白细胞和淋巴细胞计数异常增高,骨髓穿刺示慢性淋巴细胞白血病。右足趾处疣体组织病理示寻常疣。予阿维A口服治疗。

A male patient,59 years old,whose hands and feet had appeared multiple vegetation for 1 year.The patient presented with mutiple,rough warts in various size in the interdigits of both feet（especially right foot）.Several brownish,sporadic,mung bean sized hyperkeratotic papules with a rough surface were noticed on the fingers.The results of laboratory examination showed that the number of white blood cell and lymphocyte was raised.Bone marrow aspiration confirmed the diagnosis of chronic lymphocytic leukemia.Histopathology of the lesion at the right toe suggested verruca vulgaris.The treatment was oral medication of acitretin.
