单环水平双向腺体蒂法乳房缩小术

Breast reduction performed with the single-loop method

目的:探讨单环切口乳房缩小术对于轻、中度乳房肥大的治疗效果,筛选一种减少切口猫耳和瘢痕的较佳手术方式。方法:自2006年10月～2011年5月,对24例轻、中度乳房肥大患者行单环法乳房缩小整形术。沿乳晕外侧缘做一圆形切口,皮下剥离至乳腺边缘使乳腺脱套,依据乳房的肥大程度选择乳腺切除方式,然后将剩余腺体塑形,乳晕切口分层缝合。结果:全部病例矫正效果良好,外形满意;切口均一期愈合,无皱褶,无明显瘢痕。结论:该术式较双环法操作更简便,切口更隐蔽,对轻、中度乳房肥大是一种较佳的选择。

Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of single-loop method on patients with hypermastia between mild and moderate,then screen a good way to reduce the margin cat ear and the scar.Methods Since the October 2006 to May 2011,performed the single-loop breast reduction technique surgery to 24 cases with hypermastia between mild and moderate,did a circular incision along the lateral margin of mammary areola,subcutaneous peeling until the breast skin to skin cover completely,then choosed a suitable method of reast excision according to the breast size,shaped the surplus glands and sutured.Results All cases got good remote effect,satisfied with the shapes.All the wounds healed primarily without skin fold and obvious scar.Conclusion The method has many advantages compared to double-loop method,such as an easier operation and a more concealed incision.So it is a better choice for those person who with hypermastia between mild and moderate.
