前牙美学区即刻种植即刻非功能修复的临床观察 被引量:16

摘要 目的:探讨前牙美学区即刻种植即刻非功能修复的临床特点及修复后的美学效果。方法:25例患者34枚Xi ve种植体前牙区即刻种植即刻临时冠修复,对种植体成功率及周围牙龈附着状况进行观察,6个月后永久冠修复。结果:1枚种植体在愈合期内脱落,其余种植体在修复后12个月时均有骨结合,临床效果良好。结论:前牙美学区即刻种植即刻非功能修复时多因素可影响种植体的成功率及软组织美学效果,严格掌控适应证,才能获得理想的美学效果。 Objective To evaluate the clinical results of the restoration of immediate implant placement and non-functional prosthesis in the aesthetic area.Methods 25 patients were included in the study,and 34 Xive implants were inserted and provisionalized immdiately after the failing teeth had been removed.The final prosthses were restored 6 months later.The patients were evaluated clinically and radiographically at implant placement and at 3,6,12 months after implant placement.Results One implant was lost because of peri-implantitis,and 33 implants remained osseointegrated at 12 months.The patients were satisfied with the esthetic effects.Conclusion Immediate implant placemen and non-functional prosthsis is a sensitive technique.Many factors may affect the final results and the strict control of indication is the key factor.
