摘要 瘦素是调节脂肪与能量平衡的内分泌激素,生理状态下主要调节摄食和体质量平衡的作用。长久以来,牙周病被认为是一些系统性疾病的危险因素,其中2型糖尿病与牙周病的双向关系尤为关注。随着对糖尿病及其并发症研究的深入,牙周病被视为糖尿病的第六大并发症^[1]。
