摘要
本课题以RGB系列活性染料为染色用染料,对棉机织物进行染色。在染色阶段加入特种助剂使染料微悬浮体化,改变染料在染液中的存在状态,从而提高染料与纤维的亲和力。结果表明:棉机织物微悬浮体轧染较传统工艺可节约染料用量, 提高染料的上染百分率和固色率,降低染色废液中的染料量,减轻了污水处理负担,节约水资源,符合现代纺织印染行业节能减排的发展要求,具有显著的社会经济效益。
The project is based on RGB series reactive dyes when special auxiliaries are used in the woven cotton fabric dyeing process.The main aim is to improve the affinity of dye to fiber by introducing the micro-suspension auxiliaries which change the dye into micro-suspended colloid form.The results show that compared with conventional dyeing process,the pad dyeing of woven cotton fabrics with micro-suspended RGB reactive dyes can save dyes and water,improve the exhaustion and fixation rate,and reduce the content of dyes in waste discharge and the burden of sewage treatment,which meets the trend of development of the textile sector ' Energy Saving Emission Reduction',and has significant social and economic benefits.
