摘要
Pentacam三维眼前节分析诊断系统是应用旋转scheimpnug成像原理的眼前节测量及分析系统,其通过旋转摄影获取眼前节多重图像,一次成像可获取眼前节的完整信息,具有角膜厚度测量、角膜前后表面地形图测量、三维前房分析和晶状体分析等多种功能。作为一种新的眼前节影像分析系统,Pentacam 可广泛应用于角膜和晶状体屈光手术、圆锥角膜的早期诊断、青光眼早期防治和白内障手术选择等。就Pentacam三维眼前节分析诊断系统在眼前节的应用及特点进行综述。
Pentacam scheimpflug system utilize the principle of Scheimpflug to image the anterior eye segment. It equips with an automatieally rotating Seheimpflug camera to perform a complete measurement of the anterior segment. A preeise analysis of the eorneal thiekness,corneal topography,anterior chamber and crystalline lens are carried out during the operation. These data then provide the basis for a three-dimensional model of the complete anterior segment. The Pentacam scheimpflug system offers a wide range of functions in refractive surgery, keratoconus analysis,glaueoma screening and phaeoemulsification. The newest progression in the application of the Pentacam in anterior ocular segment photography were reviewed.
