摘要
将酸敏感物质与pH复合电极复合而得到一种新型的可更新试剂高酸度传感器,并利用pH计作为传感器的信号变送器。该传感器的设计原理是:利用定量的酸敏感物质与酸发生的离子交换反应,在固定进样速率和进样时间下,传感器内洗脱液的pH值基本恒定,从而建立起传感器显示的pH值与所测酸浓度的对应关系。采用蠕动泵为进样设备,初步探索了进样速率与信号分辨率的关系;根据蠕动泵的实际情况选择了合适的进样速率。其测定的精度在一定程度上可根据测定范围的大小调节。在设定测定酸度范围为1~10mol/l时,用该传感器测定5.90mol/lHNO3的重显性优于1%。
A new method based on a renewable-reagent electrochemical sensor is developed,for measuring high acidity. The sensor uses a sensitive material as a buffer. In this study, 1~10 mol/l HNO 3 were measured, with a relative standard deviation of 1% in 5.90mol/l HNO3. This technique of controlled reagent phase renewable rates and measuring time , can change resolution sensitivity. In addition, many new flexibility of sensors, such as the ability to use multiple regents and irreversible chemistries.
