摘要
从理论上分析了线性传感器温度补偿的调试过程 ,并指出多次温度试验是调试费用增加的主要原因。针对此问题 ,提出了一种新颖的温度补偿的调试方法———在调整补偿量时 ,用测量调整前后传感器输出的变化量 (简称调整量 )的方法来准确控制补偿量的大小。为了便于调试者掌握 ,将零位和灵敏度温度补偿的调试统一起来 ,归纳出简单明了的计算调整量的规律 ,即 :调整量等于温度试验时被补偿量的变化量与补偿量的变化量之比乘以调试温度下补偿量的负值。这项研究对大幅度降低传感器的调试成本有着极其重要的意义。
This paper studies how to lower the debugging cost in transducer’s temperature compensation.According to the result of the debugging process analysis,the author point out that high debugging cost is caused by repeatedly temperature experiment.In order to reduce the times of temperature experiment,the author put forward a new debugging method which needs only once temperature experiment to measure the change of the value to be compensate (CVC) and the change of the compensate value (CCV).The new method can control compensate value precisely by measuring the change of the transducer output during adjust (CTOA).From the study of the law to compute CTOA,it is concluded that CTOA equals the minus ratio of CVC to CCV,all multiply by compensate value at adjust temperature,This law is suitable for both zero and sensitivity temperature compensation debugging.The new method and law is significant to lowering the debugging cost of transducers.
