摘要
汉防己甲素是从防己科植物粉防己的块根中分离提取的一种双苄基异喹啉类生物碱,具有直接抑制肿瘤细胞生长、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、放疗增敏及逆转肿瘤细胞的多药耐药性等多种作用。随着对中药研究的进一步深入,其在肿瘤治疗中具有广阔的应用前景。
Tetrandrine is a bisbenzylisoquinoline-like alkaloid extracted from the root of Stephamia tetrandra S.Moore.It has the functions of directly inhibiting the growth of tumor cells,inducing apoptosis of tumor cells,increasing the function of radiotherapy and reversing the multi-drug resistance of tumor cells.It has wide application in the treatment of tumor along with the deepening of the research in traditional Chinese medicine.
