胫骨远端前外侧锁定钢板内固定治疗Pilon骨折 被引量:12

摘要 目的介绍胫骨远端前外侧锁定钢板内固定治疗Pilon骨折的临床疗效及优越性。方法采用胫骨远端前外侧锁定钢板治疗Pilon骨折12例。结果随访5~22个月,术后踝关节功能参照Mazur评价标准:优7例,良3例,可1例,差1例。结论胫骨远端前外侧锁定钢板较普通钉板固定更牢固,术后出现关节并发症少,故可广泛应用于各种类型的胫骨远端骨折,尤其是Pilon骨折。
