摘要 JAK-STAT信号通路参与细胞增殖、分化、凋亡等多种生理进程,并在多种肿瘤细胞中异常激活。生存素(survivin)是新发现的一种细胞凋亡抑制因子,在大多数人类常见的恶性肿瘤中均有表达。近年来研究发现JAK-STAT信号通路及survivin基因之间可能存在一定的联系,因此,JAK-STAT信号通路sur-vivin基因有望成为今后甲状腺癌生物治疗的新方向,为二者进行甲状腺癌的单甚至双靶向基因治疗提供理论依据。 JAK-STAT signal transduction pathway participates in various biological processes,including proliferation,diferentiation and apoptosis of cell.It has been reported to be expressed abnormily in different types of malignant tumours.Survivin is a newly discovered member of inhibitor of apoptosis protein.It is expressed in many carcinomas.Recent studies have found that JAK-STAT signaling pathway and survivin gene may exist some connection.So,JAK-STAT signaling pathway and survivin gene are expected to become a new direction for biological therapy for thyroid cancer,both provide a theoretical basis for single even dual-targeting gene therapy.
