以乙酰肝素酶为靶点治疗肿瘤的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 乙酰肝素酶是目前发现的哺乳动物细胞中唯一能切割细胞外基质中硫酸肝素蛋白多糖侧链的导致患者肿瘤死亡的主要原因是通过肿瘤侵袭与转移引起的,不断完善肿瘤细胞侵袭转移的因素,和对其有效阻断是治内源性糖苷酶,参与许多病理及生理的过程。本文对乙酰肝素酶与肿瘤侵袭、转移的关系及其靶点的肿瘤治疗等方面进行综述,旨在为乙酰肝素酶为靶点治疗肿瘤提供一些线索。 Heparanase is the only mammalian heparin sulfate-degrading enzymes could cleave heparin sulfate(HS)which links to hepatan sulfate Proteoglycans(HSPGs),involved in many pathological and physiological processes.The relation of tumor invasion,metastasis and heparanase,its target of tumor therapy were reviewed to provide some clues for heparanase as a target for the treatment of tumor.
