成人腰部软组织透明细胞肉瘤1例

Clear cell sarcoma of soft tissues in adult waist:one case report

透明细胞肉瘤（clear cell sarcoma,CCS）又称为软组织恶性黑色素瘤（malignant melanoma of soft parts,MMSP）,是一种发病率较低的恶性软组织肉瘤,约占软组织肉瘤的1%。现报道1例如下。患者女,49岁。两年前左腰部偶然发现乒乓球大小软组织肿块,近年逐渐长大,于2011年6月来院就诊。查体：左腰部皮肤皮温及颜色正常,未见表浅静脉曲张,局部可触及大小约6.0cm×4.5cm的无活动包块,压痛不明显。
