Emendation to Index for The Complete Archives on The Qing Government Officials' Life and Career

《清代官员履历档案全编》是研究有清一代中下级官员及职官制度,乃至清代历史极为重要的第一手资料,其中第30册《索引》按官员姓名笔画顺序排列,以方便读者检索。但《索引》存在不少讹误漏略之处,主要表现为姓名遗失、姓名书写错误、人物资讯遗漏、人物资讯误加、册次讹误、页码讹误、姓名排序错误等方面,本文分别加以纠正,期有裨于读者检索利用。

The Complete Archives on The Qing Government Officials' Life and Career(Qing Dai Guan Yuan Lu Li Dang An Quan Bian Suo Yin) including the historical records regarding the Qing officials who were presented to the Emperors in the collection of The First Historical Archives of China offers the first-hand materials for the study of the officials with the middle and lower ranks as well as the system of governmental posts of that time.Index,the 30th of the total 30 volumes,is edited in sequence of the number of strokes in their family names and first names together in order to serve readers well to search information they need.But unfortunately,in it are there quite a few mistakes and inaccuracies----loss of names,wrong characters of names,omission and invention about personal resumes,disorder of the volumes,pages and all that.This paper makes a list of the mistakes and corrects them one by one for its better use by readers.
