帕金森病患者躯体疲劳的临床调查分析

A Clinical Study of Physical Fatigue in Parkinson’s Disease Patients

目的:研究帕金森病(PD)患者伴躯体疲劳的分布情况及其相关因素。方法:运用帕金森病疲劳量表对113例原发性PD患者进行疲劳评估,并用统一PD评分量表、Hoehn-Yahr(分期、汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表、简易精神状态量表、帕金森睡眠量表、生活质量评分等量表对PD患者进行测定。结果:PD患者中,疲劳的发生率为41.6%,Logistic回归分析发现生活质量为疲劳的独立相关因素。结论:疲劳在PD患者中很普遍,明显影响患者生活质量。

Aim： To survey and investigate the prevalence of fatigue and its associated factors in Parkinson’s disease patients.Methods： 113 patients were assessed by Parkinson Fatigue Scale,Unified PD Rating Scale（UPDRS）,Hoehn-Yahr（H-Y） stage,Hamilton Anxiety Scale（HAMA）,Hamilton Depression Rating Scale（HRSD）,Mini Mental State Examination（MMSE）,Parkinson’s Disease Sleep Scale（PDSS）,quality of life scores（PDQ-39）.Results： The frequency of fatigue in PD patients was 41.6%,regression analysis showed that quality of life independently associated with fatigue.Conclusion： Fatigue is common in PD patients and affects the patients’ quality of life significantly.
