桩道预备对两种新型根管充填剂封闭性的影响

Influence of post space preparation on the sealing ability of 2 new root canal sealers

摘要 目的液体转移法评价根管桩道预备对两种新型根管糊剂充填后根尖封闭性的影响。方法 24颗人上颌前牙截冠后统一工作长度为16mm,进行根管预备。样本随机分组为Endofill组、Acroseal组和AH Plus组(对照组),每组8个样本。根管充填1周后液体转移法测量桩道预备前根管微渗漏。随后1-6号G钻逐步桩道预备,保留根尖4mm充填物。再次测量桩道预备后的根管微渗漏。实验数值采用SPSS 13.0统计学软件进行霍特林T2检验,取α=0.05。结果桩道预备增加Endofill组的根尖微渗漏,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。桩道预备不影响Acroseal组和AH Plus组的根尖微渗漏(P>0.05)。结论桩道预备降低了Endofill的根尖封闭性。建议Endofill慎用于需桩核冠修复的根管充填。 Objective To evaluate the effect of post space preparation on root sealing with Endofill and Acroseal root canal filling by fluid filtration test.Methods Twenty-four extracted human anterior teeth were elected.Tooth crown was cut off with the canal working length at 16 mm and root preparation was done in the same way.The samples were randomly divided into 2 test groups(n=8) by the using of Endofill and Acroseal respectively and AH Plus as control group(n=8).Root canals were filled with Gutta-percha and those three kinds of filling.Post space was prepared by leaving 4 mm filling at root canal apically with the using of 1# to 6# gate drills step by step.Microleakage of root canal was measured by fluid filtration test after root filling one week and post space preparation.Fluid filtration values were calculated and analyzed using Hotelling's Trace tests(SPSS13.0) with P0.05 chosen as significance level.Results Fluid filtration value was significant difference between pre-post space preparation and after preparation in Endofill group(P0.05),however,there was no significant difference in Acroseal group and AH Plus group(P0.05).Conclusion Post space preparation might decrease root apical sealing with Endofill root filling.It is recommended that Endofill is improper as root filling when post restoration is needed.
