手术治疗舌下神经管区硬脊膜动静脉瘘一例
摘要
患者男，48岁。因尿不尽感约5个门、双下肢无力约9d，收入首都医科大学宣武医院。患并入院前有时尿失禁，曾到当地医院就诊，按前列腺肥大治疗后症状减轻，未行进一步的诊治。9d前患者上厕所所时，突发双下肢支无力，小能白行站起，肢体无力左侧重于右侧，并感颈部疼痛向双肩部及双上肢放射，尿失禁加重。到当地省级医院诊治，
