基于NOTES的文档评阅流程的实现

Realization of Document Workingflow Based on Lotus Notes

针对一般数据库无法管理的非结构化信息（文档），采用Ｌｏｔｕｓ Ｎｏｔｅｓ解决方案， 建立一个审批流程数据库，利用文档链和邮件流实现了文档的评阅流程．运行实践证明，本方 案方便灵活地解决了文档工作流的运转问题，测试效果良好．

It is discussed how to achieve the document workingflow based on Lotus Notes by creating an approval working now database with the technique of document linking and mail workingflow. Pratical running results show that the workingflow problem can be solved conveniently with flexibility.
