摘要
分析了环氧树脂内应力的形成原因及硅微粉增韧环氧树脂灌注料的机理,通过各项实验获得硅微粉增韧环氧树脂灌注料时环氧树脂的力学性能、电学性能及热学性能的变化规律,得到高性能硅微粉增韧环氧树脂,有效地降低了环氧树脂固化物的内应力,提高了环氧树脂固化物的力学性能和热学性能。
Analyze formative reason of internal stress of epoxy resin and mechanism that silica fume toughened potting material of epoxy resin.By many experiments,attain variety rule about mechanical properties,electrical properties and thermal properties of epoxy resin when silica fume toughen potting material of epoxy resin.Silica fume effectively depress internal stress of condensate of epoxy resin.Meanwhile,it can improve mechanical properties,electrical properties and thermal properties of condensate of epoxy resin.
