摘要
针对国内某厂柠檬酸结晶罐的改造,以双螺带与框式混合搅拌器为模型,对一种新型冷却结晶罐的流场进行了数值研究。得到了罐内流场和速度分布情况,分析了搅拌器表面静压分布并预测了搅拌功率,为结晶操作中搅拌器的选择与设计提供了参考。最后通过现场数据测试对其进行了工程考核。结果表明,新型混合搅拌器使结晶率和产量均有很大的提高,产品质量较改造前得到明显改善,晶粒均匀,晶型规则,达到了预期目标。
Aimed at the reconstruction of citric acid crystallizer in a factory,the flow field numerical simulation of new type cooling crystallizer with a double helical ribbon and gate combined agitator was carried out.The flow field and velocity distribution in crystallizer were obtained,static pressure distribution of the agitator surface was analyzed and agitation power was predicted,which provided reference for selection and design of agitator in crystallization.Engineering assessment of the new type crystallizer was conducted by field data test.The results showed that the combined agitator increased the crystallization ratio and production effectively,the quality was obviously improved compared with before reconstruction,the crystal size was uniform,the crystal shape was regular,and achieved the anticipated target.
