Discussion on Mao Zedong's Thought of Social Security

重视社会保障是毛泽东的一贯思想。他认为,加强社会保障工作不仅对于凝聚人心、夺取中国革命和建设事业的胜利具有极其重要的作用,而且是社会主义制度优越性的重要体现,更是共产党人全心全意为人民谋利益宗旨的内在要求。为了切实做好社会保障工作,充分发挥社会保障的作用,满足全体社会成员的生活需求,既要建立和发展完善的社会保障体系,又必须贯彻为人民谋福利、社会保障水平与生产力发展水平相适应、统筹兼顾等原则。

Man Zedong stressed on social security all along,He thonght that strengthening of ocial security not only was very important for cohesion of the people and winning China＇s revolution and construction,but materialized the predominance of socialist system.
