非理性强制拆迁的危害性及治理对策研究

近年的非理性强制拆迁具有进度的日趋高效性、民众对司法裁决公正性的日趋不信任性、利益的日趋对立性和过程的日趋暴力对抗性等特点。非理性强制拆迁危害性较大,造成对和谐社会的构建、人权、民生、文化、社会主义信仰等方面的多种危害,文章提出纠正非理性强制拆迁现象的七大措施。

In recent years, irrational fi）rced demolition and relocation become more and more high-efficient in schedule, the public involved in forced demolition anti relocation do not trust the impartiality of judicial deeisious, benefits for different groups become more opposite and more violence appears in demolition and relocation. The harmfulness of irrational forced demolition and relocation endangers the construction of harmonious society, human right, the people＇s livelihood, culture and socialist belief, ete. As a result, the author brings torward seven measures to eorreet irrational foreed dentalilion and reloeation.
