飞行签派员作为组织航空器飞行并进行运行管理的主体,担负着航班计划、航班放行、情报提供和航班监控等重要任务,是航空公司实现良好运行品质的关键。本文旨在提出一种签派员实践考试评价标准,准确反映签派学员在实践考试中的表现,为民航院校培训和航空公司签派员的选拔提供参照。

The flight dispatcher whose job is to organize aircraft flight and take part in the management of airline company,is in charge of the important mission of flight plan making,clearance for flight,information providing and flight surveillance,etc.Dispatcher is definitely the key for maintaining good quality of airlines＇operation.In this paper we presented a evaluation standards for the practical examination for dispatcher,tended to precisely reflect the performance of students and give a reference to airlines and schools in personnel selection.
