河南煤业化工集团中原大化公司煤化工500kt/y甲醇项目,煤气化装置采用壳牌(Shell)干煤粉加压气化工艺。在热风炉控制中用的是S7-200的西门子小型机(CPU226 D124/D016,共40点),以及在应用中的改造和常见故障处理。
