摘要
针对山东某白炭黑厂对其手动生产白炭黑工艺的改造要求,提出了一种基于西门子S7-200 PLC和组态王的白炭黑反应釜自动控制系统改造方案。该系统以西门子S7-200 PLC及其扩展模块做下位机控制器,以组态王6.53建立上位机画面。改造后的自动控制系统能准确控制水、碱、酸、蒸汽等的流量及流速,保证了产品的质量和生产稳定,提高了产品的市场竞争力。
Abstract：Aiming at improving the technology of producing the silica manually of a silica production factory in Shandong,we formulate an automatic control system reform plan of silica agitated reactor based on the Siemens s7-200 PLC and the KingView.This system has the Siemens S7-200 PLC and its extension module as the lower computer controller,and establishes the upper computer screen with the software KingView6.53. This reformed automatic control system can control the flux and the flow rate of water, alkali,acid,steam,etc,ensure the quality of the product and the steady production;and improve the market competitiveness of products.
