摘要
本文针对换热站控制系统进行了研究,开发设计了一套基于PLC控制器组成的换热站自动控制系统。该系统采用PID控制策略,对换热站的一次网、二次网和补水系统进行实时的数据采集和控制,经过实际运行验证,系统稳定,效果良好。
This paper discusses the heat exchanger control system,and develops aPLC based automatic control system with PID control method.The system accomplishesthe realtime data acquisition and equipment control of the primary network,thesecondary network and the water supply system.This system has been realized witha stable and good performance.
